We offer our Flushing store for filming, seminars, private parties, corporate mixers, concerts and fund-raisers. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops (the rental fee is negotiable). The space is street level in downtown Flushing. The size is approximately 700 sqft with maximum occupancy of 35 people. There are chairs, tables, projector ($50 extra), refrigerator, ice-maker and free Wi-fi available to use. If you want to add some escape room puzzles or play the escape games next door please let us know.

Hourly Rate： $150

Rental hours are billed from beginning of set-up to end of clean-up.

Alcohol can be served, but not sold.

Outside catering is welcome! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks!

If you are looking for catering company, we can help. There is a small kitchen and you can use microwave, icemaker and refrigerator.

Smoking and loud musics are not allowed inside the space.
